Kanda-myojin = Kanda-jinja = Kanda Shrine

Kanda Shrine (called Kanda-jinja or Kanda-myojin in Japanese language) is a great Shinto shrine in Tokyo near Ochanomizu train station and the International Origami Centre.

On daytime, you can buy diverse lucky charms. Our favourite is a cute rabbit to place in a white pouch. The most surprising (and unique in Japan) is a set of electronic circuits protecting your phone/computer/data from hacking, viruses…

On evenings, Kanda Shrine is beautifully lit with many lanterns until 23:00; it is a great sight to enjoy even during (light) rain.
