UCHIYAMA Masayuki is a Japanese membre of the OnJapan team.

One of his projects is a Jimbocho Yomatsuri in May 2015: a festival with Japanese food stalls, traditional music and songs, dances in kimono… This event should end late to attract and entertain Japanese and foreign tourists after a full day of tourism elsewhere.
